Case Studies and Validation

Proof should be earned, measured, and defensible.

ApertureRisks should not publish fake customer logos or invented testimonials. This page defines the validation tracks used to create credible case studies from pilot customers, redacted samples, and measurable outcomes.

Pilot measurement and approved case-study work begin only after a Paid Exposure Assessment establishes a qualified baseline.

Validation tracks

The five measures the first approved pilot outcome must report.

These are not customer claims until a pilot or client approves them. They are the measurement tracks ApertureRisks uses to build credible proof.

Disruption response time

Measure how quickly a team moves from external signal to assigned action.

Target proof point: response time reduced after live decision briefs and owner assignment are implemented.

Hidden supplier exposure

Identify supplier, facility, lane, order, product, or evidence dependencies that were not visible in the first supplier list.

Target proof point: exposed revenue, margin, fulfillment, or audit risk connected to specific operating records.

Evidence gaps closed

Turn supplier evidence gaps into a prioritized register with ownership, status, and next action.

Target proof point: fewer unresolved evidence gaps before customer audit, RFP, or procurement review.

Decisions reviewed

Count governed Decision Briefs reviewed by named client owners during the pilot.

Target proof point: reviewed decisions with durable history, not dashboard views or unverified recommendations.

Response time before and after ApertureRisks

Record the same response-time boundary before the pilot and after ApertureRisks is operating.

Target proof point: an approved, like-for-like before-and-after measure with its measurement basis disclosed.

Redacted sample structures

Case-study formats ready for first approved customer proof.

Redacted sample structure

Manufacturer Paid Exposure Assessment

Challenge: A manufacturer needs to understand which suppliers, open orders, and product components are exposed to a physical disruption or policy change.

Output: Exposure baseline, Exposure Score priorities, affected order and product context, evidence gaps, and owner-based action plan.

Redacted sample structure

Importer evidence readiness

Challenge: An importer needs a practical way to organize supplier evidence before customer review or compliance-driven procurement requests.

Output: Evidence gap register, supplier documentation checklist, country and product exposure view, and executive decision brief.

Redacted sample structure

Logistics lane disruption review

Challenge: A logistics team needs to connect port, facility, carrier, and lane disruption signals to customer commitments and delivery risk.

Output: Lane exposure view, alternative capacity actions, owner assignment, and customer promise date impact summary.

Pilot proof policy

Customer logos, quotes, and metric claims should be published only after written approval. Until then, ApertureRisks can show redacted sample structures, product-proof demos, security controls, and the measurement plan used to create credible case studies.
