Our commitment

ApertureRisks, a product of PWLogiConGroup LLC, is committed to providing digital information and services that are usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technologies. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our accessibility benchmark.

Accessibility work

Our accessibility work includes keyboard navigation, logical headings, descriptive controls, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, text enlargement support, color contrast review, and semantic page landmarks. We also review new public pages and major feature changes for barriers that could prevent access.

Known limitations

Some complex dashboards, risk visualizations, interactive tables, downloadable documents, and third-party interfaces may not yet provide an equivalent experience in every assistive technology. We are evaluating these areas and prioritize barriers that affect access to essential information, assessments, and client functions.

Third-party services

ApertureRisks uses third-party services for functions such as authentication, payment processing, document delivery, hosting, and analytics. We do not control every accessibility feature within those services, but we consider accessibility when configuring vendors and will help users who encounter a barrier.

Report an accessibility barrier

Use the ApertureRisks contact page to report an accessibility issue. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the browser or assistive technology used, and a description of the problem.

Response process

We will acknowledge accessibility reports, investigate confirmed barriers, and provide an alternative method when reasonably available. Remediation priority is based on the effect of the barrier on essential information or services.

Ongoing review

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We will update this statement when our practices, supported features, or known limitations materially change.
